Individual Psychotherapy

Be The Real You

Are you feeling on edge, maybe anxious, or you have doubts about yourself? Are you feeling the stress and anxiety of work and maybe even at home? Does it seem that your relationship with your partner or spouse is not what you want it to be? Do you feel that you’re alone and you can’t count on anyone to give you advice or set you in the right direction?

What can be helpful is getting individual psychotherapy. Many men and women find relief and even answers when they seek out relationship therapy, counseling services, and relationship help from a relationship counselor, relationship therapist, a counseling center, or therapist. A licensed professional counselor can help any individual get through what ever struggle that they might have, whether it is at work, or if it is marriage or relationship issues, and even help witheir self esteem.

I have been doing counseling with men and women for 30 years. From my training and experience I can be labeled as a psychotherapist, relationship counselor, relationship therapist, social worker, or counselor. I have helped individuals get through really difficult situations such as relationship issues, low self esteem, anger management, marriage problems, problems with supervisors at work or coworkers, and infidelity.

After men or women have been in therapy with me for a little while they start to get their spirits back. They learn to stop judging themselves and even others. From individual psychotherapy with me, clients learn to understand how they keep pressing on that pedal that takes away their confidence, increases their frustration, and bursts their happiness. They can then take steps to improve how they feel about life in general. They feel more relaxed at work, and they take steps at being more connected with their partner or spouse. They do not feel so alone any more.
