How Do I Know That You Are Really With Me?
A class that helps couples find and keep their connections.
- Do you feel misunderstood, distant, or not important to your partner, and want to get back the connection and closeness you once had?
- Do you and your partner get stuck in that same old argument or do you withdraw into silence or avoidance when you’re trying to resolve an issue?
- Does it seem that whenever you or your partner attempt to talk about what you are feeling, there is a blast of tension that overtakes both of you?
- Does it seem that you and your partner “walk on eggshells” around each other in order to avoid the next fight or that feeling of rejection?
Couples will learn to problem solve without arguing. Thy will also learn to continue to build and rebuild trust. Couples will learn to overcome resentment. They will find safety and understanding. Couples will learn to let go of defensiveness.
